How About An Enema For Your Child This Christmas

"Kids as young as 5 can begin regular bowel cleansing to secure long-term health and decrease doctor and drug store visits," says an alternative health expert.

"It's time to move away from a 'pill for every ill' and return to grandma's basics when it comes to the healthcare of our children," advocates Loree Taylor Jordan, CCH, I.D., in her book, Detox For Life.

A colon Hydro-therapist who has helped restore thousands of people to health in a natural, safe, and cost-effective manner, Jordan emphasizes the importance of opening up the bowel of children by the way of home colonic treatments when they are sick.

"When the bowels are cleared," she says, "the child's body is able to deal with the infection or virus by way of all the eliminative channels. Until the colon is cleaned out, there is no place for the other toxins to move."

She calls it the "grandma remedy" because just a few generations ago it was common practice for grandma to give sick family members an enema. "Running to the pharmacy and loading up on drugs for your child is just a temporary solution to the problem," says Jordan. Instead, if parents learn to use enemas, herbs, and diet, the immune system will strengthen and render frequent visits to the doctor and drug store unnecessary.

Jordan recommends parents start children out with a regular bowel-cleansing education at an early age -- between 5-8 years -- so they will stick with it as they grow up. Parents can begin the routine of regular bowel cleansing using enemas or the Colema Board (home colonic unit) for their children.

Colonic irrigation can assist in the following:
Helps in the correction of habitual, long-term constipation and bowel issues.
Provides relief of temporary or occasional constipation when no more than a single routine cleansing enema would be required.
Allows for developing good health habits and a preventive maintenance program at an early age. Ideally, the child will be introduced to colon care while still in good health and before any bowel problems have had a chance to develop.

"As a mother, I wanted to provide the best care to my children," says Jordan. "I found out that there is plenty that we can do for our children through diet, exercise, knowledge, enemas, herbs, and other treatments. I encourage parents to empower themselves with information that will lead them to making wise choices, which will impact the long-term health of their children."
