The fiber in CleanStart® is half psyllium and half modified maltodextrin for a smoother taste. Each Capsule packet contains 1 capsule of Enviro-Detox and 2 capsules of LBS11.

This program delivers 10 grams of fiber per day, plus the additional cleansing benefits of bentonite, aloe vera and chlorophyll.

Recommended directions:

Take the contents of 1 capsule packet 15-30 minutes before breakfast and again 15-30 minutes before dinner. Take the contents of the cleanse drink packet just after breakfast and dinner (twice daily). Mix cleanse packet powder with 8oz juice or water. Drink immediately. Drink an additional glass of water immediately following this.
