The WHOLE FAMILY of all ages and sizes can safely use the Colema Board® (individual rectal tips suggested for each member).
Commercially, it could cost up to $630 to take the number of colonics in a Seven-Day Cleansing Program (14 in all - morning & evening for 7 days). Hence, you pay for your board three times over for one individual's program in one week.
The Colema Boards® Home Kit is designed to simplify self-administration of a colon cleansing in the privacy of your own home. The Colema Board® provides thorough and safe cleansing of the lower colon for relief of occasional constipation and bowel cleansing.

Colema Boards vs. Professional Colonics:
Professional Colonic systems vary, however, most operate by flushing the bowel quickly and efficiently with water pressure. The Colon Therapist may include massage for better results. When professional colonics are cost prohibitive or unavailable, the Colema Board is available for repeated use at your convenience.
Colema Boards vs. Enemas
Enemas usually consist of a 2-quart bag and tubing. The enema is administered in a knee-chest position. For evacuation, the tip is removed from the rectum and the fluid is expelled in the toilet. The procedure is repeated as necessary. However, only 2 quarts are used at a time, and enemas tend to flush only the lower bowel.
The Colema Board is designed to flush the lower and upper colon with the ease of a one time insertion and continuous evacuations without the removal of the tip. A 5-gallon bucket of water and/or solution is dispensed at will without getting off the Board to expel. Any evacuation material will fall into the toilet. The procedure usually takes from 1/2 to 1 hour to exhaust a 5-gallon container.
When colonics are not available or are cost prohibitive, The Colema Board is an excellent alternative. The Colema Board may also be used in conjunction with professional colonics in between treatments. Seek professional advice from a health professional or a colon therapist.
